Committee for Helping Others – Please see the CHO page for information.

Children’s Choir – We would love to have some volunteers (1 or 2 each week) who could help with our Children’s Choir on Sunday mornings after the Children’s Sermon during the 8:45am service. (On Sundays when we have only one service, Children’s Choir will meet during that service.) No musical training required! If you would like to enjoy this time with the children, call the church office to sign up for the weeks you are available.

Lost Item – We have lost our Tree House in our Children’s Library with all its little animals. If you have inadvertently taken it home, please return it as soon as you can.

A Cemetery Plot at Fairfax Memorial Park, Fairfax was donated to Wesley. It is for sale. It is located at Lot 76B, Site 3 in the Good Shepherd section. If you or someone you know is interested, please email for more information to inquiry@wesleyvienna.com.

Congregational Care at Wesley – provides respite care for a few hours, visitation, phone calls, or meals for anyone who is sick, disabled, or needing contact with a friend. Bibles for 3rd Graders – On September 19 at the 11:00am service we will present Bibles to the third graders. If your child will be in 3rd grade this year, please let us know so we can compile a complete list. Also, if your child is older, but has not received a Bible, we would love to add them to the list too.

CHO Clothes Closet – Volunteers are needed to staff the Clothes Closet on Mondays, from 9:30am to 12:00pm, during the month of September. If you can help for one or two hours on September 13, 20, and/or 27, please call June Terry. Thank you.

Teddy Bear Brigade – Once again our church is participating in a campaign, formerly known as Operation Teddy Bear, to collect teddy bears and other second-hand stuffed animals for orphanages in developing countries. There will be a basket in the Fellowship Hall to receive them. We are encouraging donors to pin $1.00 to each stuffed animal to help cover shipping costs. There is also a request for clean, used infant, toddler, and children’s clothing; and used wheelchairs, walkers or crutches. These items must be delivered to the collection point by October 23. Please help. Any questions, call Mary Lou Krouse.

Used Eye Glasses – Wesley collects used eye glasses for the Lions Club International to be used by those who can’t afford to buy them. If you have an extra pair that you do not need, please place them in the basket outside the Church Library.
