Programs: Food Service

Hospitality Committee
Refreshments and dinners are provided for special events and occasions. The Hospitality Committee manages kitchen upkeep and usage, including procurement of supplies. Volunteers assist in plans for special events during the year, picnics, special dinners, etc. Time required is a few hours a month, depending on the activity underway.

Coffee Hour Coordinator
The coordinator is responsible for ordering supplies and creating a roster of church groups for each Sunday's coffee time. Each Sunday, a different group arranges for pastries and juice, makes the coffee, and serves between worship services. Time required is about six hours a year.

Wesley Church Night
Wesley Church Night is a ministry to all members of the church and community. A dinner is served at cost followed by special programs. Wesley Church Night is held 4 times a year on a Tuesday evening. Volunteers help prepare the food. Time varies by assignment.

NGO - Never Grow Old (Food)
NGO is a group of Vienna area seniors who meet at 11 AM on the fourth Tuesday of the month for lunch and a topical program.. A main course and table setup are provided. Attendees bring a side dish to share. Volunteers help with setup and cleaning, and help prepare the main dish. Time varies by assignment once a month.
