Wesley Church's UMW (United Methodist Women) organize Concepts of Mission through participation in the global ministries of the church, through groups within the church. Organizationally, this consists of Circles and an Executive Committee each of which meet monthly. The dedication to ministries of the church involves personal local supportive activities and financial support to national and international missions through individual financial pledges and fund raisers.

The fellowship that circles provide Wesley women is truly enduring. Some women at Wesley have been meeting with members of their circle for 30 years or more. Circles meet during the day or in the evening, depending on the preferences of members.
